Websites to watch

My new favorite website to watch is that of Business for Democracy. Behind the website is a campaign organized by Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield, the co-founders of Ben & Jerry to take on the January 2010 Supreme Court decision in Citizens United that opened the door to unlimited corporate campaign contributions. The claim of Business for Democracy is that the decision in Citizen United undermines the core democratic principle that gives people the authority to govern themselves, in complex modern democracies, of course, through representation.
